Thank you to those who have donated to our past Annual Scholarship Campaigns- Because of you, we raised over $249,000 in 2015 and we were able to give over 1.5 million dollars in scholarships!
What is the Scholarship Campaign?
Our Annual Scholarship Campaign is the major fundraising campaign of the Saratoga Regional YMCA. Funds raised help those who need it most by providing financial assistance to youth, teens, families and other individuals and ensures that no one is denied the opportunity to share in the YMCA experience due to the inability to pay.
Scholarships are available for people who require it, whether in direct aid or reduced program fees. No one is turned away from the YMCA for lack of ability to pay.
“The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.” –Gandhi
Your tax-deductible contribution to the YMCA Annual Scholarship Campaign is a great investment in your community because it helps those who need it most–potentially your family, friends, neighbors and co-workers.
The number 443 represents the Saratoga Regional YMCA’s goal for the 2016 Annual Scholarship Campaign. With your support, we hope to raise enough money to provide 443 scholarships to youth, teens, adults, seniors, and families in our community, through programs and membership. Together, we can build a better us!
