Health Seekers (14+) will make connections and build support while increasing your strength and personal gains. Build confidence while improving your bone density through strength training routines.
The first class begins with a baseline assessment. Throughout the program session the Personal Trainer will creatively design 45 minute routines that target all major muscle groups in a variety of ways in a group setting. Each class will wrap up with 15 minutes of cool down/stretch, goal setting and group share.
This dynamic approach is motivating and unique to keep you involved in personal growth.
