Empowering Members at Every Age

The Saratoga Regional YMCA is interested in empowering members at every age and stage of life to enjoy greater physical activity, connectivity and productivity. Our Active Older Adult (AOA) programs include fitness classes to accommodate a variety of functional abilities as well as opportunities for socialization.

Our goal is to help members stay strong both physically and mentally.

Exercise classes meet multiple days a week, at all five branches, and offer a wide variety of cardio, strength, stretching, agility, and mind and body conditioning. From yoga to stretching, Zumba Gold to aqua jogging, there is something for everyone! 

In addition to fitness classes, we offer events and activities that provide active older adults with opportunities to build friendships and learn how to improve the quality of their lives as they age.
