Fall 1 Programs at the Malta Branch

Arthritis Foundation Walk with Ease: 

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9am-10am
  • September 13-October 22.
  • Cost: Free

An *OUTDOOR* walking program that can reduce pain and improve overall health. If you can be on your feet for 10 minutes without increased pain, you can have success with Walk with Ease. Instructor led program that will meet at Shenantaha Creek Park and utilize the Zim Smith Trail.  First class will meet at Malta Y.  


Women’s Strength:

  • Monday and Thursday 9:30am-10:30am
  • A small group program led by a female certified personal trainer. Designed to introduce women to the benefits of strength training, proper recovery, and basic nutrition.
  • September 13-October 28
  • Cost: $120.00


Girls on the Run:  

  • Thursday 430pm-6pm, Sunday 11am-12:30pm

Fall 2021 Coach Applications are Now Open.
Girls in our community need positive mentors more than ever. We are in the process of finalizing Fall program sites and will continue to add coaching locations throughout the month of August.

Registration opens August 9th for this program only.  Program is for girls from 3rd-5th grade.   Girls on the Run encourages girls of all abilities to recognize their individual strengths and celebrate connections with others. Our tested curriculum blends physical activity with skill development that enables girls to adapt to whatever comes their way. In today’s unpredictable world, the strategies learned at Girls on Run are more important than ever. Cost:$25
