Women’s Strength:

A small group program led by a female certified personal trainer. Designed to introduce women to the benefits of strength training, proper recovery, and basic nutrition.

Arthritis Foundation Walk with Ease:

This program was specifically written for adults with arthritis.  Most people who can be on their feet, pain free, for 10 minutes can successfully navigate the program.  This is a walking program designed to increase physical activity that has proven benefits for people with arthritis.

Move for Balance:

A personal trainer led program designed to increase core strength, balance and stability to reduce the risk of falling.

Kid Fitness:

A 45 minute class for children age 10-13.  Designed to introduce children to various workout styles and nurture a lifelong relationship with the gym and physical activity.
