Small Group Training
Personal trainer led small group training, meets 3x week for workouts. Get a great workout under the watchful eye of a trainer, with the support and accountability of a small group.

Women's Strength
A small group program led by a female certified personal trainer. Designed to introduce women to the benefits of resistance training, proper form, and workout styles using various pieces of gym equipment.  Capped at 5

Small group program led by a personal trainer. Designed to teach teens about the gym, and working out in a fun group setting. Open to ages 11-16.
