Your Guide to Programs at the YMCA

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the continued mandatory New York State shutdown of gyms, most of our normal programming has been suspended. 

As we await an update from the Governor's office regarding reopening guidelines we are offering limited programming that includes the following:

  • Pool lane activities including swimming, walking and individual exercise (by reservation only)
  • Outdoor fitness classes (by reservation only)
  • Personal fitness spaces that give members access to free weights, resistance bands, limited cardio equipment and more (by reservation only)
  • Child Care
  • Gymnastics
  • Junior tennis summer clinics
  • Swim team
  • Outdoor Youth Sports

Pool lanes and outdoor fitness activities are all available by reservation only.

SAFETY IS OUR HIGHEST PRIORITY

We are closely following local, state and CDC guidelines to ensure the safety of members and staff. This includes using a reservation system that allows us to limit capacity and maintain social distancing in addition to added cleaning and disinfecting protocols. We will continue to monitor information from all health officials and will adjust scheduling and offerings as conditions change.
