For the first time in the Saratoga Regional YMCA’s history, local students took their seats among hundreds of youth leaders from across New York State—stepping into the roles of legislators, advocates, and changemakers during the 90th Annual New York State YMCA Youth and Government State Conference in Albany.

On National Cancer Day, we pause to recognize the millions of individuals and families impacted by cancer—and to honor the strength it takes to navigate life during and beyond treatment. At the Saratoga Regional YMCA, we believe healing doesn’t end when treatment does. Through programs like LIVESTRONG at the YMCA, we offer cancer survivors a supportive, welcoming space to regain strength, rebuild confidence, and reconnect with themselves and others who understand the journey.
