The SRYMCA is here to help you get fit, live healthier, try new activities and get stronger. When you join the Y, you’ll find more than a gym. You’ll improve your health, meet new friends and support your community.
SRYMCA membership gives you access to all 2,500+ Ys across the country as part of our Nationwide Membership program.
You can download and print a copy of the SRYMCA Membership Application and EZ Pay Form, fill them out, and drop them off at any of our locations.

The improvement fee is a one-time fee paid when a member joins the YMCA. The funds are set aside and restricted for use on equipment replacements and major facility improvements.
Active Military & Veterans
The Saratoga Regional YMCA honors the active military and veterans in our area by offering a reduction to their membership rate. As a thank you for your service to our country, a 10% reduction will be offered after confirmation of eligibility. Please contact the member service desk of any branch for further information. (Active duty personnel and their families supported by the Naval Support Activity, Saratoga Springs should contact the MWR office about their membership eligibility.)
Guest/Daily Passes
Every full year member is allowed two (2) complimentary guest passes per year, to use at their discretion. Passes for guests or program members are available at the rate of $10.00 per day for adults, $5.00 per day for youths/teens under 18 years of age and $16.00 per day for a family. Passes may be restricted during busy periods.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
Refund/Cancellation Policy: The Saratoga Regional YMCA will refund your membership/program fee within three (3) days of purchase. After three (3) days, credit will be issued. Program fees are fully refundable if withdrawal from a class occurs due to a doctor’s documented illness or if the program is cancelled due to lack of enrollment. After the first week of a program, credit amounts are at the discretion of the Program Director.
