Looking for a new challenge or need some additional motivation? A certified YMCA Personal Trainer can be just what you need. Our trainers will evaluate your health history and lifestyle to design a program that will specifically meet your needs and help you achieve your goals.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • An initial consultation with a Personal Trainer to discuss a client’s previous exercise or fitness history, and perform a fitness assessment.  From there, the trainer and client will formulate a plan to set attainable goals based on what the client is looking for, as well as their current fitness level. 
  • Once set up with a Personal Trainer, the trainer will set short and long term goals for the client, and design an exercise program to ensure the client reaches the goals they have set.  In addition, nutrition guidance can be provided to give clients the best chance at reaching their goals.
  • The trainer will review and monitor progress as they guide the client through their exercise program and make adjustments as needed and as the client makes progress.
