New members are able to schedule to meet with a Health and Wellness Coach to get their fitness journey started!
Get familiar with the Fitness Center and all that Y has to offer. Come ready to work out! Your Healthy start appointment consists of a 15 minute consultation, 15 minute body composition assessment and a 30 minute fitness assessment (Healthy Start Session) all with a knowledgeable Health and Wellness Professional. (A $50 value!)
