Corinth Branch School Age Children Wish WWII Veteran a Happy Birthday!

World War II veteran James South had a simple wish for his 100th birthday on Oct. 7. He wanted 100 cards and put out a plea on Facebook asking for the greetings.
Our Corinth Branch School Age Children jumped in to help fulfill his birthday wish. Each of our students made a card and then we mailed them out a few days before his birthday.
Incorporated in all of this was a lesson on the meaning of Veteran's Day. A truly great story and all of our staff and children had fun participating.
