Concerns related to routine human resources matters, workplace disagreements, performance issues, or general employment grievances should be directed to the HR Department through standard HR complaint procedures. These issues are not handled through the whistleblower process.

All information submitted through this form will be shared with the Saratoga Regional YMCA on a confidential and, if you choose, anonymous basis. We guarantee that your concerns will be reviewed and that no retaliatory action will be taken against anyone who reports or inquires in good faith about potential policy violations or who seeks guidance on addressing suspected misconduct.
