A birthday party at the Saratoga Regional YMCA is a great way for your child to celebrate their special day. A party at the Y means no stress and no mess. We handle the details, from setup, to clean up - and with the wide range of activities to choose from at the Glens Falls, Saratoga Springs, and Wilton YMCA's you will definitely find something that will create lasting memories with friends and family.

GLENS FALLS YMCA 

Bounce House Package

• Single Bounce House Party for Ages 5-12 for up to 20 kids:
• $290 (Members)

• Double Bounce House Party (choose between obstacle or general bounce houses)

• 1 hour of play in the Ninja room for ages 3-8 up to 10 kids:

• 1 hour use of 1/2 of the basketball gymnasium
• staff led group games
• Optional sport specific games (football, soccer, basketball or hockey)
• All ages:

• 1 hour use of 2 lanes of the pool
• on-duty life guards
• Adults must accompany children under 6 into the pool
• All ages:

• Children under age 6 MUST have an adult (16+) in the pool
• Children age 6 and up may swim without an adult IF they wear a lifejacket (coast guard approved or provided) or pass a swim test. Children may swim in the shallow end without a lifejacket IF there are adults in the pool at a ratio of 1 adult to 3 children.
• Children under the age of 16 MUST pass a swim test to swim in the deep end

Booking and Deposit for Glens Falls Parties

There is a $50 non-refundable deposit required to reserve your party date. When registering, you will be prompted to select your preferred party package.

Party Schedule:

• Party Time: 1:00–3:00 PM
• Set-Up Begins: 12:30 PM
• First Hour: Activity time based on your selected package
• Second Hour: Party room for cake, presents, and celebrations

SARATOGA SPRINGS YMCA

*NEW* Adventure Center Indoor Playground (2 to 10 years) 
Come celebrate your child’s birthday in our brand-new indoor playground!  This multilevel attraction has interactive activities that will keep your guests entertained!  Climb 3 stories and slide down 2 twisted slides.  The party consists of 1 hour in the playground followed by 1 hour in our party classroom for birthday festivities. Due to room capacity, there is a limit of 20 children.

Bounce House Parties
Bounce house parties at the Saratoga Springs Branch are guaranteed to be a hit! Bounce Houses are set up for the private use of your party in half the gym. We offer a choice of 4 houses, caterpillar for ages 2-4yrs, square bounce or obstacle course for ages 3 and up and a large slide for children 36 inches or taller. The party consists of 1 hour in the gym followed by 1 hour in our party classroom for birthday festivities.

Due to room capacity, there is a limit of 20 children.

Swim Parties (4 to 13 years) 
Make a splash at your party and let us handle the planning and clean-up! Swim parties at the Saratoga Springs Branch are fun and safe in the pool with a dedicated lifeguard. The party consists of about 1 hour in the pool followed by 1 hour in our party classroom for birthday festivities.

There is a limit of 15 children for all swim parties.

WILTON YMCA

Gymnastics Studio Party: (3-10 years)
This party takes place in our Gymnastics studio for children ages 3-10. Staff will set up and demonstrate an age appropriate gymnastics activity course that may include floor, tumble track, and low balance beams. Children under the age of 3 are only permitted on the floor with direct parental supervision. Party includes 1 hour in the studio and 1 hour in our party classroom for birthday festivities.

There is a limit of 15 children for all gymnastics parties.

Field House Sports Parties  (6 to 12 years) 
Have a sports themed party in the Wilton Field house. A coordinator will contact you to discuss your child’s favorite sport and help you pick activities. The party consists of 1 hour in the field house followed by 1 hour in our party classroom for birthday festivities. Due to room capacity, there is a limit of 20 children,

Toddler Open Play Party: (1-3 years)
This party takes place in our Gymnastics studio for children ages 1-3. The studio will be set up for open play. The children will be able to run, climb, swing and more through designated areas of the studio. Party includes 1 hour in the studio and 1 hour in our party classroom for birthday festivities.

There is a limit of 15 children for all gymnastics parties.
