Our 2026 Annual Campaign—a six-week effort that fuels the Y’s mission and ensures access to programs, services, and opportunities for all—launched with inspiring momentum yesterday, beginning with our Day of Giving celebration.
On National Cancer Day, we pause to recognize the millions of individuals and families impacted by cancer—and to honor the strength it takes to navigate life during and beyond treatment. At the Saratoga Regional YMCA, we believe healing doesn’t end when treatment does. Through programs like LIVESTRONG at the YMCA, we offer cancer survivors a supportive, welcoming space to regain strength, rebuild confidence, and reconnect with themselves and others who understand the journey.

25 Cancer Survivors Graduate from the Spring Session of the LIVESTRONG at the YMCA Program

SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY – The Saratoga Regional YMCA is proud to announce the successful completion of the Spring 2025 session of the LIVESTRONG at the YMCA program, with 25 cancer survivors graduating after completing the 12-week program. This session marks a historic milestone, as it is the first time the association has been able to offer the program at all of its 6 branches.
