Annual Campaign Kicks Off with Day of Giving Celebration
Our 2026 Annual Campaign—a six-week effort that fuels the Y’s mission and ensures access to programs, services, and opportunities for all—launched with inspiring momentum yesterday, beginning with our Day of Giving celebration.
Across our 6 locations, more than 470 Saratoga Regional YMCA members and supporters showed up with a shared purpose: to open doors so everyone in our community can experience the life-changing programs and services of the Y. In just one day, that collective spirit raised an incredible $22,000, setting the tone for the weeks ahead.
It’s a powerful reminder of what the Y is all about—a place where stories begin, potential is discovered, and lives are changed.
Where Stories Begin
Every day at the Saratoga Regional YMCA, meaningful stories unfold. Children gain confidence through swim lessons and youth programs. Families build healthy routines together. Adults find motivation, connection, and belonging. Seniors discover community and purpose. These experiences are not just programs—they are moments that shape lives.
At the core of the Annual Campaign is a simple but powerful belief: everyone deserves the opportunity to grow and thrive, regardless of financial circumstances. Funds raised throughout the campaign directly support our Financial Assistance Program, ensuring safe, affordable childcare, access to wellness programs, and opportunities for people of all ages to learn, connect, and stay healthy.
Just the Beginning
Day of Giving was only the start. Throughout 2026, the Saratoga Regional YMCA will continue to engage the community through a variety of fundraising events and opportunities—both large and small—inviting everyone to be part of a story that matters.
Whether you gave on Day of Giving, shared our message, or are just learning about the campaign, thank you for believing in the power of the Y.
