SRYMCA Earns Prestigious 2026 USA TODAY Top Workplaces Award
The Saratoga Regional YMCA is proud to announce some exciting news: we have been named a 2026 USA Today Top Workplace!
This national recognition honors organizations with 150 or more employees that prioritize people and culture—and we’re proud to be among them. Out of more than 40,500 organizations invited to participate, only a select group earned this distinction.
Closer to home, we’re especially grateful that the Times Union serves as the local media sponsor for this award, helping shine a spotlight on the 57 organizations across the Capital Region that were recognized this year, for their commitment to creating positive, people‑first workplaces. Our CEO recently shared this news directly with our staff, recognizing the role they played in earning the honor—and that same gratitude extends to our entire Y community.
“This recognition belongs to our staff,” said Allison D'Antonio, CEO of the Saratoga Regional YMCA. “The passion, care, and dedication our team brings to the Y every day is what makes this such a special place. We are incredibly proud of the culture they help create and grateful for the way they serve our members and our community.”
What makes this award especially meaningful is how it’s earned. The designation is based entirely on confidential feedback from staff, collected through an independent survey conducted by Energage, a respected workplace research organization. Employees shared honest insights about their experiences—feeling heard, supported, and connected to a mission that matters.
To us, this recognition reflects what we strive to live every day at the Y: a culture rooted in respect, care, and shared purpose. When our staff feel valued and supported, it strengthens everything we do—for our members, our programs, and our community.
Thank you for being part of the Saratoga Regional YMCA. We’re proud of this milestone and excited to continue building a community—inside and outside our walls—where everyone can thrive.
