A Record-Breaking Day on the Green Helps More Children Experience the Magic of Summer Cam

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our sponsors, golfers, volunteers, and supporters, this year's tournament raised an astounding $107,000 to support YMCA Summer Camp scholarships.

Even more exciting, this year's event welcomed 250 golfers—the largest turnout in the tournament's 36-year history.

Why It Matters

For many children, summer camp is where some of life's most important moments happen.

It's where a child learns to swim for the first time. Where lifelong friendships begin. Where confidence grows through new experiences, outdoor adventures, and supportive relationships. It's where children discover who they are and what they're capable of becoming.

At the Saratoga Regional YMCA, we believe every child deserves access to those opportunities, regardless of a family's financial circumstances.

Today, one in three campers receives financial assistance to attend the SRYMCA summer camp. The funds raised through the Charity Golf Tournament help ensure that more children can spend their summer in a safe, nurturing environment filled with learning, laughter, and belonging.

Because of the support we received on the course, more local children will have the chance to create memories that last a lifetime.

Celebrating a Remarkable Partnership

For 36 years, this tournament has been strengthened by community partnerships, and none has been more impactful than our longstanding relationship with Stewart's Shops.

Year after year, Stewart's has played an instrumental role in the event's success, helping secure partnerships, fill teams, and champion the mission of making camp accessible to all children.
