Saratoga Regional YMCA Announces New Additions to Board of Directors
The Saratoga Regional YMCA is pleased to announce the addition of four new members to its Board of Directors, recently elected to three-year terms.
The board is composed of 18 members who help guide the nonprofit’s strategic direction, set policy, and raise support to strengthen the community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. “The Y is a volunteer-led organization that depends on effective board leadership to deliver our mission to ensure that everyone can access our life-changing programs, regardless of ability to pay,” said Sue Commanda, who oversees the board of directors.
The new board members are:

Devon Bruce, Vice President, Senior Wealth Investment Advisor for the Central and Capital regions in New York with Wilmington Trust.
Jessica Proud Catalfamo is a veteran public affairs and crisis communications professional as well as co-owner of Capital Public Strategies Media headquartered in Albany.

Michael Munter is the Vice President of Munter Enterprises, a second-generation family run general contracting firm located in Middle Grove.

Barbara Reyes-Conner, an experienced professional in the field of special education and working with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
Saratoga Regional YMCA CEO Scott Clark said: “Each new board member brings a wealth of experience and diverse skills and perspective to our organization, along with a deep passion for making a difference in the communities we serve. As we continue to recover from the pandemic, the board’s knowledge and leadership have never been more vital.”
