at the Wilton YMCA

We are launching an Athletic Performance Training program this summer at the Wilton YMCA. This program is designed for athletes of all sports and skill level ages 8-18. Sessions focus on improving speed, agility, coordination, and age-appropriate strength in a fun, supportive environment.
Through engaging, functional training, athletes develop proper technique, body control, and confidence. This program encourages kids to challenge themselves, celebrate progress, and grow stronger—both physically and mentally.

Classes are capped at 10 athletes per coach. Athletes are grouped by age: (Elementary - ages 8-10 / Middle School - ages 11-13 / High School - ages 13-18).
